Start your weekend feeling strong, centered, and energized. Pilates Sculpt is a dynamic, mat-based class that blends classic Pilates principles with light weights, therabands, and uplifting energy. You’ll build strength from the inside out - toning and lengthening your muscles while improving posture, balance, and mobility.


Each movement connects breath with intention, helping you tune in, move mindfully, and discover new layers of strength and stability. Expect to leave class standing taller, feeling grounded, and ready to carry that energy into your day. Bring your mat, we’ll take care of the rest!


All levels welcome! Beginners to seasoned practitioners!!

Studio Circuit

9:30am first Saturdays



Studio Circuit is a dynamic, total-body workout designed to keep you moving, challenged, and connected. Limited to 6 students, this small-group class rotates through stations including the Pilates Reformer, Jump Board, Mat work, Barre, and Stretching, offering a well-rounded mix of strength, cardio, mobility, and control.


Each class flows like a circuit. Expect short, focused segments at each station and a steady, upbeat pace that keeps things fresh. No two weeks are exactly the same, so your body stays curious and engaged while you build strength, endurance, and coordination.


*Prerequisite: This class is open to students who have completed at least 10 Reformer sessions, ensuring you feel confident moving between equipment safely and effectively.
