Some of my happiest memories come from intentional time spent with family in small towns - gathering for holidays, sharing meals, laughing late into the night, and making memories that have lasted a lifetime. My family once ran a little local restaurant called The I Like It, a place where neighbors stopped by, stories were shared, and everyone left feeling a little lighter and more connected. That sense of community, care, and joy lives at the heart of everything I do today.
I’ve always been drawn to movement. It began with dance, led me to a degree from the University of Georgia, and eventually guided me to Pilates - a practice that blends strength, awareness, and joy in a way that resonates with every body. Since earning my 600-hour comprehensive certification in 2003, I’ve had the privilege of working with everyone from professional athletes to new moms, post-surgical clients, and anyone curious about moving better and feeling stronger.
At I Like It Pilates, I want to recreate that same spirit of connection - a space where movement builds community and self-care becomes something joyful and sustaining. Whether you’re here to build strength, increase mobility, or simply feel more at home in your body, my hope is that each session leaves you feeling empowered, uplifted, and deeply connected - to yourself and to those around you.
