About Pilates
Pilates, originally called Contrology, is a movement method developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, to help all people build strength, flexibility, and control.
Today, Pilates focuses on core strength, posture, and mindful movement, offering benefits like increased strength, improved balance, reduced stress, and greater body awareness.
At I Like It Pilates, the combination of MOVEMENT, JOY, and COMMUNITY come together to build positive change in your body, mind, and spirit.
Each session helps you move more efficiently, prevent injury, and feel more connected to your body.

Semi-Private Sessions
Semi-private Reformer Pilates sessions offer the perfect blend of personalized attention and shared energy. In a small group setting (3 students), you’ll receive tailored guidance to support your individual goals while enjoying the motivation and connection of moving alongside others. These sessions focus on building strength, improving alignment, and enhancing body awareness—all within a supportive, community-centered environment.
